Breaking the Silence: Empowering Women to Combat Domestic Abuse in Villages

Villages: Muthanalloor, Gopsandra

Equity Ed, in collaboration with the Bembala Foundation, conducted an impactful awareness program on domestic violence and abuse for women in villages. The event was a step toward fostering a culture of awareness, vigilance, and empowerment among rural women. By breaking the silence around domestic violence and abuse, Equity Ed is driving meaningful change in these communities, enabling women to live with dignity, safety, and confidence. This initiative reaffirms Equity Ed’s commitment to uplifting marginalized communities by addressing critical issues affecting their well-being.
